Analytics & Reporting

Half your marketing works. Measurement is how you find out which half.

Most businesses have analytics installed and still cannot answer the only question that matters: which channel brought the enquiries. Tracking gets set up once, breaks after a redesign, and nobody notices for a year.

We install measurement that works, keep it working, and report in language you can act on — so budget moves toward what pays and away from what does not.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything included in analytics & reporting

Analytics implementation

GA4 and Google Tag Manager configured properly, with the events that matter defined rather than whatever the default install gives you.

Conversion tracking

Form submissions, calls and WhatsApp taps tracked as real conversions, so every channel can be judged on enquiries.

Search Console

Verified and monitored — indexing problems, ranking movement and the queries actually bringing you traffic.

Channel attribution

Which sources produce enquiries and at what cost, so the budget conversation stops being an argument about opinions.

Dashboards

One live view of the numbers you care about, that you can open yourself any day of the month.

Monthly review

A written read of what happened and a recommendation for what to change. A report nobody acts on is a cost, not an asset.

HOW IT RUNS

No mystery about what happens next

  1. Audit

What is currently tracked, what is broken, and what is silently double-counting. There is usually more of the last one than expected.

  2. Define

Agree what counts as a conversion for your business before instrumenting anything.

  3. Implement

Tags, events and goals installed and then verified with real submissions — not assumed to work because they were added.

  4. Report

A dashboard plus a monthly written review, so the data reaches a decision instead of a folder.

  5. Act

The recommendation is the point. Every report ends with what to change and why.

Analytics & Reporting — questions we get asked

We already have Google Analytics. Is that enough?

Usually not on its own. A default install tells you how many people visited; it rarely tells you which channel produced an enquiry, which is the number that changes decisions. The gap is conversion tracking, and it is normally quick to close.

Can you track WhatsApp and phone enquiries?

Taps on WhatsApp and click-to-call links, yes — those are trackable and most businesses leave them uncounted, which makes mobile traffic look far less valuable than it is. What happens inside the conversation afterwards is not something analytics can see.

Do you provide reports if you did not build our site?

Yes. We can audit and instrument an existing site whoever built it, as long as we can get the access needed to add tracking.

How often do we get reports?

Monthly as standard, with a live dashboard you can check any time. Weekly reporting is available where ad spend justifies the cadence.

Is this GDPR and privacy compliant?

We set up consent handling and configure analytics to respect it. We are not lawyers and will not pretend to be — but the implementation follows current platform guidance rather than ignoring it.
